Accounts and early-access records

When you create an account, we store your email, optional display name, password hash and account/session records. We never store your password in plain text. To limit automated signups and repeated free-credit claims, we store a hashed connection identifier and signup time. Your scripts, generated media and credit activity belong to your workspace.

Previous waitlist entries

If you join the waitlist, Coherent stores your email, the date you joined, and where you tell us you heard about Coherent (including any text you type for “Other”) to contact you about early access and learn which channels reach people. Joining does not create an account. You can request removal using the contact below.

Your workspace data

Coherent stores your account email, a salted password hash, brand kits, uploaded product images, video briefs, drafts and rendered videos. Session cookies keep you signed in. Passwords are never stored as plain text.

How processing works

Cloudflare hosts the application, database, files and rendering jobs. Your brief and relevant brand information are sent to Anthropic (Claude models selected by the administrator), to create a video script. Voiced videos send their narration to ElevenLabs. Your generated videos are available in your workspace; exported file links expire.

Browser storage

Coherent caches your selected brand and style in this browser. Your saved account data is kept on the server and is isolated from other workspaces. We do not use advertising cookies.

Website and product analytics

With your permission, Rilytics measures page visits, referrals, campaign links, signup and pricing clicks, completed signups and checkout starts on getcoherent.app and app.getcoherent.app. First-party visitor and session cookies connect visits across those sites and to payments and refunds reported by Dodo Payments. A pseudonymous workspace identifier can connect signed-in visits. We do not send your email, name, passwords, scripts, prompts or media to this tracker. Private URL parameters and content identifiers are removed before events reach Rilytics.

Microsoft Clarity is limited to public marketing pages and may use cookies and session recordings; it is not installed in the product. Rilytics and Clarity respect Do Not Track, Global Privacy Control and your analytics choice. Older grants require a new choice for this expanded tracking; refusals remain refused.

Choose “Accept analytics” to enable tracking or “Decline” to keep it off. “Analytics preferences” lets you change your choice. Your preference is shared between the website and app. You can also visit with ?ml_ignore=true to opt out, or ?ml_ignore=false to clear that opt-out. Your content

Upload only material you have permission to use. Avoid including passwords, private customer records or other sensitive information in prompts and screenshots.
